We like to have fun, but we take our business seriously. We’d appreciate your careful consideration of the service and products available on the site, and we advise you to make your purchases of any of our offers, products, or services carefully. 

CAMP REGISTRATIONS:

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned and sometimes a registration for a camp or class will need to be canceled. Please review the cancellation terms carefully before registering.

Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to camp start date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days before the start date of camp will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to camp start date are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

Transferring registrations is contingent on the waitlist situation for your camp. Please contact us if you are interested in transferring your registration to a friend.

Registrations made with a discount code are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Due to the nature of the products provided, refunds for digital products will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing. However customer satisfaction is important to us and we will be happy to walk you through any options that may exists on a case by case basis. Please contact us at HELLO@UINTAOUTDOORCO.COM and provide relevant order information and detail your problems to learn about available options that may exist.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

We are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. We allow returns for refunds if the item is shipped back to us in NEW CONDITION within 30 days or less of purchase. If the item is shipped back to us after this time frame, we will happily offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to offer you store credit instead of a refund or ship the item back to you for you to keep at our discretion.
